How to Embed Google Maps in Notion Pages

Notion allows users to embed interactive Google Maps directly into documents, workspace hubs, travel planners, and project wiki pages. Here is how to do it quickly.

Option 1: Using Notion's Native /embed Block

  1. Open your target Notion page.
  2. Type /embed on a new line and press Enter.
  3. Copy the direct map URL from Google Maps (or the src URL from our Google Maps Generator).
  4. Paste the URL into the Notion embed link box and click Embed Link.
  5. Resize the embedded map block using the drag handles on the edges.

Option 2: Embedding Google Maps in Notion Travel Planners

If you are building a trip itinerary or team event planner in Notion, embedding maps alongside location notes gives team members immediate spatial context and navigation access.
